The event of signing the Memorandum of Understanding with the IBM India Private Limited was held at PKR College for Women Conference hall on 11th October 2017. The programme was honored by the active presence of Mr. G. Ananthapadmanabhan, Business Solution Manager – Analytics & ECM, IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore. Professors, Students from various departments participated in the function. The programme commenced by 2.00 PM with formal welcome note by Prof.Jagatha Lakshmanan, Principal, PKR College for Women(Autonomous) and she explained the MoU objectives and benefits.
IBM India Private Limited and PKR College for Women(Autonomous) have signed this MoU in order to achieve the desired results for the benefit of the students and faculty members.
This Industry-Institutional collaboration Initiatives will lead to the development of excellence for quality training, research and development which will be of immense mutual benefits and also relevant to societal benefit.
This also helps the students to get awarded with certificates which are clear differentiators from their peers, when looking for jobs.
